We begin with a short body scan and guided meditation, allowing the nervous system to settle and creating a sense of safety, presence, and focus. This grounding foundation gently bridges body and mind, preparing you for deeper insight and conscious decision-making throughout the day.

Jannina is a holistic health coach and yoga guide with a deep focus on the mind–body connection, nervous system regulation, and sustainable wellbeing.
Her work is rooted in her own journey of reclaiming health and inner balance after years of emotional strain and disconnection. This lived experience has shaped her ability to create calm, safe, and grounded spaces where people can reconnect with themselves — both physically and emotionally.
Blending science-informed approaches with embodied and somatic practices, Jannina uses yoga, breathwork, and body-based awareness to support clarity, release, and resilience. She has guided outdoor yoga sessions along the Mediterranean coast in Spain for several years, where nature, rhythm, and simplicity become an integral part of the practice.
At the retreat, Jannina will guide yoga, body scans, and embodied meditations that help participants move from tension to trust — and from overthinking into felt sense, presence, and inner wisdom.
